Safe Sanctuaries

As part of the "Safe Sanctuaries" policy for United Methodist Churches, we ask that all adults involved with our children and youth ministries complete this form and return to Pastor Chris.  This includes those who serve in our Nursery, Sunday School classes, Vacation Bible School, Children's Church and other children & youth groups. Thank you for ensuring that our children and youth have a safe and healthy environment here at Mt.
